Hello Everyone,

**Reminder we are collecting canned and dry goods for the food bank!!

The Winter concert was a success! Great job everyone!!

This morning we learned how to write using our 5 senses (sight, smell, taste, touch, and hearing).

We had a dress rehearsal to prepare for the winter concert.

Ms. Russell read some more of the "Breadwinner." We made predictions about how Parvana's family was going to get food without their father to help them. Some of us predicted right when we said they would dress up as men. Parvana's mom cut her hair and dressed her in boys clothing so she could go to the market and buy them food.

We went outside for gym because the gym was set up for the concert.

We finished our day with a "Calm Meditation."

Have a great afternoon, see you tonight!

Ms. Russell
