Good Afternoon,
**Reminder to bring Haysboro Choir forms back as choir starts next Wednesday at lunch.
This morning we had a lovely choir performance by the Calgary Girls Choir! The students were very engaged and were even able to join in on a song!
In math we graphed how we all got to school today. We looked at how many people walked, drove, bussed, and biked. Then we created a bar graph to represent the data. After we came up with our own question to ask each other and conducted a survey. Then we represented our information in a graph.
Ms. Russell read us a couple of fairy tales from other parts of the world. We read one from Russia called "The Firebird," one from Persia called "Scheherazade," and one from Japan called "Princess Moonlight." It was interesting to compare them with fairy tales we know well.
We had music today, please ask me what we did.
This afternoon we finished of our "Sound Stations" in science. Please ask me more about what I learned.
Have a great afternoon,
Ms. Russell
